Welcome to the French department !
Courses are available from level A1 (beginners) to level C1 (advanced) in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. You will learn how to communicate in French orally and in writing by studying grammar and vocabulary.
Our aim is to help you integrate into the life of the university
and the town of Louvain-la-Neuve.
All sorts of activities (exhibitions, movies, theatre, visits, talks, etc.) accompany the courses.
Our team of teachers has developed its own unique pedagogical approach which is the result of its applied research in French as a foreign language.
