Registration

Registration is now open. You can pay through PayPal or bank transfer. If you opt for bank transfer, an invoice will be sent by the university’s accounts department containing all the information necessary for the bank transfer. Note that this may take a couple of weeks. Do not forget to add the VAT number of your company or your university if you pay via a university account.

The early bird and standard registration fees include: the welcome reception, coffee breaks, three (hot and cold) buffet lunches (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday), the beer and cheese farewell reception, and the book of abstracts. Please note that the gala dinner (55€) is not included in the registration fee.

Cancellation policy

There will be no penalty for cancellations received before 15 August 2018. The full amount paid minus a 40€ processing fee will be refunded.
A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 15 August and 27 August 2018.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 27 August 2018.

All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to uccts2018@uclouvain.be. A validation of the cancellation will be sent to you via email. If you have not received a confirmation 5 days after your message has been sent, please resend your initial cancellation message.
