From the Ibis Hotel in Wavre you can reach the conference venue by:

Car
(7-minute drive)

 Take exit number 8A on the E411 motorway (Brussels-Luxembourg). See route here.
Bus
(14-minute journey)		 There are several bus stops in Wavre where you can take a bus to Louvain-la-Neuve (TEC bus line 20). The timetable is available here and here.

Train
(20-minute journey)

Walk to the train station (13-minute walk; see possible routes here) and take the S20 train.

  • Since there are no direct trains from Wavre to Louvain-la-Neuve, you will need to make a connection in Ottignies. Once you arrive in Ottignies, you have two options: take the S8 train or a taxi to Louvain-la-Neuve.

  • Do not confuse Louvain-la-Neuve with Louvain / Leuven, situated in the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium.

  • It is possible to check train timetables and purchase train tickets through the Belgian Railways (SNCB) website and the SNCB app.

  • If you decide to take the train to Louvain-la-Neuve, you will then need to walk from Louvain-la-Neuve train station to the conference venue (14-minute walk; see route here).
