Rooms have been pre-booked at the Mercure Hotel, LCR2011 Conference Venue.
The hotel is located in the heart of a wooden parkland and close to Louvain-la-Neuve city centre. It is a 10-15 minute walk from Louvain-la-Neuve station, a 30 minute drive from Brussels city centre and a 20 minute drive from Brussels Airport.
Rates
- Single room: €100 (breakfast included)
- Double room (double bed or twin beds): €110 (breakfast included)
These preferential rates are valid until 1st August, 2011. Bear in mind, however, that the preferential rates are applicable for a limited number of rooms only. Normal rates will apply for the rest of the rooms.
How to book a room?
To reserve hotel accommodation at the Mecure Hotel, please fill in the booking form 
and send it directly to the hotel by fax or by email. Please note that it is necessary to use the booking form to get the conference rates.
Since the number of rooms available at the Mercure is limited, early booking is strongly recommended.
