50 rooms have been pre-booked at the Leonardo Hotel.
The Leonardo Hotel is very close to Bierges-Walibi Railway station (3-minute walking distance to the station; 26-minute train journey to Louvain-la-Neuve). A bus shuttle service will also be organised every morning from the Leonardo hotel to the Mercure hotel (conference venue) and on Thursday night (after the Gala Dinner) from the Mercure hotel to the Leonardo hotel.
