Rooms have been pre-booked at the Leonardo Hotel Wavre.
The Leonardo Hotel Wavre is very close to Bierges-Walibi railway station (3-minute walking distance to the station, 30-minute train journey to Louvain-la-Neuve). A bus shuttle service will also be organised every morning and every evening between the Leonardo hotel and the Mercure hotel (conference venue). This service is included in the prices given below.
