Accomodation is not included in the registration fee.
Several rooms have been pre-booked at UCL Accommodation (Louvain-la-Neuve) for Bootcamp participants. Space is limited and rooms will be attributed on a first come first served basis. The price for a single bedroom for 6 nights (9 July - 15 July) is 204€ (including bedding + shared kitchen). Please send us an e-mail if you’re interested in this option.

The train journey from Louvain-la-Neuve to Brussels lasts about 45 minutes and costs €5.20 (2 to 4 trains per hour).
The railway station Bruxelles-Central is close to the Grand Place and the suggested hotels (max. 15-minute walk). Other railway stations allow easy access to Louvain-la-Neuve (Bruxelles-Schuman, Bruxelles-Luxembourg and Bruxelles-Etterbeek).
