Share a taxi with eLEX participants!

Many of you are going to fly to Belgium on Wednesday 21 or Thursday 22 October.  You may fly to Brussels Airport or Brussels South Charleroi Airport. 

We would like to offer you the option of taxi pooling from Brussels Airport or Brussels South Charleroi Airport to your hotel and back. The taxi pool system enables you to view the list of people that arrive / depart around the same time as you do, along with their email and phone number. You will then be able to contact them and coordinate to share a taxi.

For this system to work, you should provide your own details by filling in the questionnaire below.

The list of people interested in sharing a taxi will be updated every Friday until Friday 16 October.

Two important comments:

• This is not a reservation system. It is just a database you can use to get in touch with other participants to share taxis.
• Information is provided by interested participants only.

The Leonardo and Mercure hotels are in close vicinity (max. 10 minute ride). You can therefore share a taxi from the airport even if you go to different hotels.
