40 rooms have been pre-booked at the Mercure Hotel, eLEX2009 Conference Venue.
The hotel is located in the heart of a wooden parkland and close to Louvain-la-Neuve city centre. It is a 10-15 walk from Louvain-la-Neuve station, a 30 minute drive from Brussels city centre and a 20 minute drive from Brussels Airport.

These preferential rates are valid until August 31, 2009. Bear in mind, however, that these preferential rates are applicable for a limited number of 40 rooms only. Normal rates will apply for the rest of the rooms.

and send it directly to the hotel by fax or by e-mail. Please note that it is necessary to use the booking form to get preferential rates.
The number of rooms available at the Mercure is limited. Early booking is therefore strongly recommended.
