CANCELLATION / REFUND

There will be no penalty for cancellations received before 10 September. The full amount paid minus a 30€ processing fee will be refunded.
A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 10 September and 1st October.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 1st October.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via fax, e-mail, or regular mail to the conference registrar.
