David Bourguignon
David Bourguignon earned his PhD in social psychology at the Catholic University of Louvain (Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium). He is currently lecturer at the University of Lorraine (Metz, France) and visiting professor at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL-FOPES). His research focuses on the problem of stigma from the target’s perspective. More particularly, he is interested in the group of unemployed people. He examines the effect of stigmatization process on the well-being and socio-professional integration of unemployed people. Special attention is given to the coping strategies that aim at dealing with the threat related to stigma (e.g., identity processes, psychological disengagement, and social comparisons). In adddition of his work on stigma, he also conduct research on prejudice and discrimination in organizational setting. He is particularly interested in the effects of programs that aim at combatting discrimination (e.g., diversity policies and affirmative action).

Julie Camerman is currently the head of the Docimology service at the Training Institute of the Federal Government of Belgium. She is also visiting professor in the field of organizational behaviour at the Catholic University of Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium). She earned her PhD in Organizational Psychology at the same university (Justice et processus d'échanges sociaux dans les organisations: une analyse des dimensions et des effets de la justice organisationnelle, 2006 / Justice and social exchange process: An analysis of the dimensions and effects of organizational justice, 2006).

Fabrice De Zanet is Assistant Professor at HEC-ULg Management School of the University of Liege. He holds a master degree in organizational psychology (University of Liege, Belgium) and a Ph. D. in management (HEC-ULg, Belgium). His research focused on the role of trust as a coordination and motivation mechanism in organizations. He is also interested in leadership, cooperation and proactivity.
Currently, he is responsible of “Trust 4 Performance”, i.e. a FIRST spin-off project funded by the Walloon Region (Belgium). This project is conducted under the academic responsibility of Professor Didier Van Caillie (HEC-ULg, Belgium) and Professor Florence Stinglhamber (Catholic University of Louvain, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium). Trust 4 Performance aims at promoting trust as a lever of sustainable organizational performance (www.trust4performance.be).
Mathieu Gaillard
Mathieu Gaillard earned his Ph.D. in psychology, under the supervision of Donatienne Desmette, at the Catholic University of Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium) in 2008 (Title of the dissertation: A psychosocial approach to ageism at work). In 2009, he joined the Vocational Training Department of Le Forem (Public Service of Work and Vocational Training in Wallonia, Belgium). He is involved in the development of methods and tools to define, evaluate and validate learning outcomes as well as in the implementation of European Union instruments and principles, such as the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET), Europass, European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET), and the validation of non-formal and informal learning.

Caroline Iweins earned her Ph.D. in work and organizational psychology at the Catholic University of Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium) in December 2012. Her research domain is ageism at work (i.e., the stigmatization and the discrimination of older workers as a group, Butler, 1969). In particular, the purpose of her dissertation thesis was to investigate the impact of social (e.g., intergenerational contact) and organizational context (e.g., age diversity managing) on ageism in the workplace. She is currently prevention advisor in psychosocial risk management at AristA.
