Tuition fees

In order to know the registration fees applicable, thank you to choose the situation that corresponds to yours

For BELGIAN (or assimilated) students from one of the EU countries

For NON-EU students (and not assimilated to Belgians)

For regular enrollment in your program, the following fees apply to Belgian, EU or assimilated to Belgians Student

Usual fees	835,00 €
Intermediate fees (UCL Social fee)	485,00 €
Intermediate fees (modest income)	374,00 €

* This amount is reduced to 0,00 € for students who benefit from a study grant from the French Community.

Please also note that there are some provisions put in place to help you reduce the cost of your studies

PAYMENT TERMS

Tuition fee payment can be made either:

in person at the Enrolment Office in:
- Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels Woluwe and Brussels Saint-Gilles by Bancontact/Mister Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro European Bank Card
- Mons by Bancontact/Mister Cash
by transfer using the invoice sent (or that will be sent) to you by the Enrolment Office.

Please be advised payment in cash is not accepted.

Tuition fees must be paid before 31 October .

For regular enrollment in your program, the following fees apply to Non-assimilated and non-EU Students .Do not forget to check your assimilation criteria to avoid the payment of higher fees

PVD/LDC* Student	835,00 €
Non-PVD/LDC* Student	4175,00 €

*PVD/LDC: Developing Countries / Least Developped Coutries (UN) Ivory Coast, Zimbabwe, Papua New Guinea, Cameroon, Nigeria, Syria, Swaziland, Pakistan, Kenya, Ghana and Congo (Brazzaville).
