To enrol, applicants must not only meet admission requirements but also be able to finance their studies or qualify for funding from another source in accordance with the 11 April 2014 French Community of Belgium Decree, which adapted the funding of higher education institutions in order to conform to recent education organisational reforms.
The Enrolment Office determines whether an applicant qualifies for funding, but it can only do so on the basis of a complete file submitted through a regular enrolment or a re-enrolment procedure:
