If you travel by train

From the Louvain-la-neuve station, climb the stairs from the station, go to the right, then left, and reach the Place de l'université.

From the "Place de l'université" : find the fountain with two statues, on the corner of the place de l'université. From there, follow the "rue des Wallons" (the one that is steep) for 100 m, and go through the "place des Wallons", continuing to climb. Exit the "place des Wallons" by a covered passage, and turn right in the "rue des liégeois". You reach an ordinary street, "avenue de l'espinette", and turn left in this street. After 50 m, you reach the "avenue du jardin botanique" in which you have turn right (continuing to climb). After 200 m (see the previous map), you reach a roundabout "porte du jardin botanique", connecting the "avenue du jardin botanique" with the "boulevard Baudouin 1er". Cross the "boulevard Baudouin 1er", and reach the "parking Baudouin 1er", situated on the other side of the roundabout with respect to the "avenue du jardin botanique".

  • Marc de Hemptinne building, SC01 building is located to the left side of the "parking Baudouin 1er";
  • Parc Météo, SC17 building : Continue straight right, about 50 m, through the "parking Baudouin 1er", following the indication "atelier de dessin". Turn in the "chemin des étoiles", to the right. Walk 100 m, the SC17 building is a flat building built in bricks, at the end of the "chemin des étoiles".

If you travel by car

Take the highway E411 Bruxelles - Namur, until you reach Exit 8 a. After leaving the highway, you will reach a circular intersection, where you have to turn left. Go to the next roundabout, where you have to turn right (in the "boulevard Baudouin 1er" - see the previous map). After 50 m, turn left (passing by the core of the first Belgian cyclotron - painted in red), in the "avenue Albert Einstein". After 25 m, turn right in the "rue Louis de Geer", then left in the "chemin du cyclotron", that gets around the "cyclotron building". After going around the "cyclotron building", you follow the indication "atelier de dessin", to enter a small street (one-car wide) called "chemin des étoiles".

At the end of this street (200 m from its entrance), you will find the SC17 building : a flat building built in bricks. Park there, or at the atelier de dessin parking (the nearby building).
