Supramolecular architecture

The purpose of this project is to use an organic polymer as "smart host matrix" to welcome organic or inorganic guest molecules with specific functional properties that could be modulated upon interaction with the matrix. The project will address fundamental questions related to the possible ways to master the synthesis and homogeneity of such hybrid materials, the understanding and the fine tuning of the host-guest interaction.
