The structuration is the deposition of catalytic powders on monoliths or on ceramic or metallic fibers by means of dip-coating and wash-coating. The formatting concerns pastillage and extrusion of these powders. The project aims at studying the influence of the structuration/formatting method and its parameters on the one hand, and of the nature of the binding agents on the other hand, on the catalytic performances in the framework of hydrocarbons total or selective oxidation reactions.
The project also lies on the capacity of the team to produce pilot scale catalysts ("scaling-up").
