Edoardo Traversa, professeur de droit fiscal à l’Université catholique de Louvain, a été désigné rapporteur général du prochain congrès annuel de l'Association Européenne des Professeurs de Droit fiscal (EATLP), qui se déroulera à Lodz (Pologne) du 1er au 3 juin 2017. Le thème de ce congrès porte sur la résidence fiscale des sociétés. Il s’agit d’un sujet d’actualité majeur en raison des initiatives prises au niveau international (OCDE) et européen pour lutter contre l'évasion et la fraude fiscale internationale. Edoardo Traversa, professor of Tax law, Université catholique de Louvain, has been appointed general reporter for the next annual Congress of the European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP) in Lodz, Poland from June 1 to 3, 2017. The topic of the conference is the Corporate tax residence and mobility, which is highly topical due to the initiatives taken at international (OECD) and European level to counter international tax avoidance and evasion.
