Students who want to get a job to help pay for their studies should check out the UCL Jobs Service posting at www.uclouvain.be/jobs. Students in especially precarious situations can apply for priority consideration at the Student Support Service, where applications are reviewed by a social worker.
The site lists almost 400 new jobs annually, and 40 students are given priority.
Some of the quirkier jobs include cat-sitting, wearing a wolf costume for a party, performing georeferencing, feeding research laboratory mice.
