Hotels where rooms have been pre-booked for the conference
Participants need to take care of their own accommodation using one of the two booking forms available on our website. The preferential rates are valid until 15th September, 2011. Bear in mind, however, that the preferential rates are applicable for a limited number of rooms only. Normal rates will apply for the rest of the rooms.

e hotel is located in the heart of a wooden parkland and close to Louvain-la-Neuve city centre. It is a 10-15 minute walk from Louvain-la-Neuve station, a 30 minute drive from Brussels city centre and a 20 minute drive from Brussels Airport.
How to book a room? To reserve hotel accommodation at the Mecure Hotel, please fill in the booking form available here 
and send it directly to the hotel by fax or by email. Please note that it is necessary to use the booking form to get the conference rates. Since the number of rooms available at the Mercure is limited, early booking is strongly recommended.
