Guilhem is a tenured Assistant Professor of Strategic Management in the Department of Strategy and Organization, and the Director of the Center for Research in Entrepreneurial Change and Innovative Strategies. Prior to joining Louvain School of Management, he worked at the Rotterdam School of Management – Erasmus University and was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University. He received a PhD in Strategy from HEC (Paris). Guilhem’s research and teaching focus on Strategy and Corporate Governance. He received the SO!WHAT Best Article Award for Scholarly Contribution from Strategic Organization!, was a runner-up (Honorable Mention) of the Strategic Management Society’s Best Conference Paper Prize, and laid in a paper published in Journal of Management Studies (also available here) the foundations for a tractable theory of intermediate conformity social norms.
