Prof. Campello (Cornell University)
LFIN, jointly with the National Bank of Belgium and the Belgian universities (KU Leuven, UA, UCL, UGent, ULB, ULg, UMons, UNamur, USaint‑Louis, Vlerick and VUB), is organizing a Joint Financial Research and Firm Analysis Seminar on May 22, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. The talk will be held in the auditorium room A National Bank of Belgium (Rue Montagne aux Herbes Potagères 61, 1000 Brussels).
Prof. Campello (Cornell University) is an internationally recognized scholar of financial economics. Worldwide, Prof. Campello is ranked Nr. 4 in the field of financial intermediation, Nr. 42 in the field of Corporate finance and has more than 9000 citations (Source: Google Scholar). His work has been cited by prominent policy authorities such as the Federal Reserve chairman, mentioned in Congressional hearings, described in the “Economic Report of the President,” and used to advise the US Supreme Court.
