Guidelines
Please send the title and abstract of your contribution (oral or poster) for the 26th of March 2018 at the latest,
by email: jdoc-imcn@uclouvain.be
Please conform to the proposed models for presentation of your work:
- abstract of an oral presentation: canevas_abstract_Oral_Presentation.doc (name your file "abstract-OP-yourname.doc")
- abstract of a poster presentation: canevas_poster presentation (name your file "abstract-PP-yourname.doc")
- poster layout
All abstracts will be gathered in a book distributed to all participants during the Ph.D. Day.
Authors of oral presentations will be contacted by Prof B. Elias shortly before the PhD Day for remitting the electronic version of their presentation.
