EUROFIDAI is the first and only European academic institute developing European financial databases for academic researchers. After a worldwide call for academic research projects using high frequency financial data (called Equipex BEDOFIH), Carole Gresse (Paris Dauphine), Paolo Mazza (IESEG) and Mikael Petitjean (UCLouvain) were among the top five research teams selected by EUROFIDAI. The team will get access to a unique high-frequency database to study the link between high-frequency trading and market stability. 52 projects from all over the world were submitted by universities such as Princeton University, Michigan State University or Toulouse School of Economics.
