Accommodation is not included in the Conference Registration. Nonetheless, 50 rooms have been reserved at the Hotel Ibis (Louvain-la-Neuve) for the Conference participants (Limited Places!).
The preferential price for conference participants is 93€ for a single room and 103 for a double/twin room (breakfast & wifi included for both).

The train journey from Louvain-la-Neuve to Brussels lasts about 50 minutes and costs €5.20 (2 trains per hour). The railway station (Bruxelles-Central) is close to the Grand Place and the suggested hotels (max. 15-minute walk). |
