The Agilent microarray platform is operational since spring 2009 at the Life Sciences Institute.
The platform is mainly dedicated to gene expression profiling (one and two-colors) using Agilent commercial microarrays available for a large range of model organisms, and Agilent custom microarrays printed on demand for other species or genomic subsets.
