- ThermoScientific LTQ – ORBITRAP - XL high resolution mass spectrometer fitted with an electrospray ionization (ESI) or atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) source, equipped with CID, PQD and HCD fragmentation for MS/MS analysis. Nano-electrospray is also available. The instrument is coupled to an Accela (U)HPLC.

- Two Waters QuattroMicro triple quad LC-MS instruments. These are mainly dedicated to the clinical analysis for Saint-Luc university hospital.

- One ThermoScientific Accela (U)HPLC with DAD detection
