THE COUNCIL is composed of:
- Permanent academic and scientific members
- Clinicians from St-Luc Clinics and CHU Mont-Godinne (from the resident's rank)
- Administrative and technical staff.
- Administrative head of the Institute
The council meets at least once a year.
THE BUREAU is composed of:
- President
- 1 elected representative per research center, research center and platform
- 2 FNRS representatives from the Institute
- 1 representative of the scientific staff of the Institute
- 1 representative of the administrative and technical staff.
- Administrative head of the Institute
The bureau meets once a month.
The president is elected for a term of 3 years, renewable once, by the members of the council of the Institute
