Presentation of access card or staff card:
- UCL staff (including those of university hospitals)
- UCL students and scholarship recipients
- registered external users of libraries
Presentation of cards of other institutions:
- University of Namur and Université Saint-Louis
- external users of the University of Namur and Université Saint-Louis libraries
Conditions
- The item must not be reserved.
- The item must not be labelled ‘Prêt non autorisé’ (‘Loans not authorised’).
- Borrowing is not permitted to anyone in debt to UCL, UNamur or Université Saint-Louis libraries.
- Borrowing is not permitted to anyone in possession of overdue items from UCL, UNamur or Université Saint-Louis libraries.
