How?

This 5-day Executive Program in Supply Chain Management provides an overall strategic and tactic view of the way supply chains are organized and do operate.

Supply Chain management is a central skill to all managers, in all functions. As an area under rapid development, and integrating with strategy, marketing, finance and human resources, supply chain management requires a broad view of the enterprise.

This course provides managerial structure, selected techniques and useful conceptual models. After the course, having been exposed to complex real-life problems, participants should have the ability to ask the right questions and to recognize good answers.

For Whom? 

  • This programme is intended to executives and managers of public and private organisations as well as registered MBA students worldwide
  • Participants are expected to have at least 3 years of business experience and some basic exposure to supply chain management and/or operations man­agement

    • Site visit of a major European Distribution Center with a case study based on their current challenges
    • Final presentation of student projects
