Biodiversity
The dazzling diversity of living organisms on our planet is the result of a long evolution. Its preservation is a major global challenge for the coming years. Our aim is to analyse the evolutionary process and the functioning of species in their environment. On an applied level, we are interested in the conservation of species in natural and human environments and we are looking for sustainable solutions in the field of agriculture, forestry and urban ecosystems.

Biodiversity or the world of all living organisms is a rich and fascinating source for researchers who aim for a better understanding of the interactions between organisms and their environment. Our research covers both basic and applied research, with applied work that is relevant to agriculture and conservation of biodiversity in natural and anthropogenic environments.
